Sales Manager

Job as Sales Manager – Build your own team!

As a Sales Manager you will support in building and extending our sales team (inbound and outbound). You will lead the sales team and improve its capabilities and also create sales by yourself. You will work closely wit the management to set quotas and help measure the performance. You will also work with the marketing department to create campaigns and control its implementation.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build and supervise the sales team
  • Help to set quotas, measure performance
  • Call businesses and prospects to offer products or services
  • Make appointments
  • Generate potential customers
  • Perform cold calls
  • Achieve quota set by the company
  • Maintain the customer database
  • Assist in any other task as required

Education and Experience

  • Experience in sales and/or telemarketing
  • Very good English written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience in CRM systems and MS Excel


  • Very ambitious and success oriented

  • Hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and strong organizational skills
  • Goal oriented and confident
  • Able to lead a team
